Good knowledge of dialysis equipment and patient care standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts (if required). Preferred: Prior experience working in multi-specialty hospitals or dialysis centers. Basic computer skills for EMR documentation.
