What You’ll Do Program Leadership Design and lead impactful training modules on Mobilab’s devices for MLT/DMLT students and nursing staff Conduct engaging sessions, hands-on demos, and certification programs Host train-the-trainer initiatives and build content for digital learning Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with healthcare institutes, skill councils, and regulatory bodies Coordinate with internal product, clinical, and deployment teams Ensure high standards of learning delivery and monitor student outcomes Operational Excellence Maintain program documentation, feedback mechanisms, and reports Drive program growth through quality assurance and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Education: M.Sc. in MLT / Clinical Pathology / Biochemistry (PhD preferred) Experience: 4–5 years in diagnostics, clinical training, or healthcare skilling. Minimum 2–3 years teaching experience in healthcare institutes. Prior exposure to medical device training or government skilling programs a plus Skills: Excellent communication and public speaking Fluent in English Strong organizational and coordination abilities Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital training tools is a bonus Why Join Mobilab? Job description Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Design and implement training modules for DMLT/MLT students and nurses on Mobilab usage Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with institutes and internal teams Ensure timely delivery of devices, reagents, and training materials to all partner centres Academic & Technical Oversight Support the development and alignment of training curriculum with clinical standards Monitor learning outcomes, certification processes, and feedback collection Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and hands-on device demonstrations Operational & Stakeholder Management Liaise with educational institutes, regulatory bodies, and field mentors Maintain detailed program documentation and reporting Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement of training programs Workshops & Events Organize guest lectures, health camps, and awareness programs to complement training Promote best practices in diagnostics, patient care, and device maintenance Candidate Requirements Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Medical Lab Technology (MLT), Clinical Pathology, or related fields Experience: 4-5 years of combined clinical, academic, or training experience in diagnostics or MLT Prior exposure to medical device training or healthcare skilling initiatives preferred Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and public speaking skills Good command over English Ability to handle multiple training sites and deliver under timelines Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital learning tools is a plus Preferred Profile Energetic, field-ready professionals with a passion for healthcare skilling Willingness to travel extensively, including to rural and remote locations Compensation & Benefits Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month Benefits: Mobile reimbursement, health insurance, travel allowance Job Type: Full-time | Permanent Work Mode: Day shift; on-site with field deployment Role: Teaching & Training - Other Industry Type: Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Department: Teaching & Training Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Teaching & Training - Other Education PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
