Utilize SCCM for device management, including operating system deployment (OSD). Manage endpoint device configurations using Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace ONE. Collaborate with product vendors to understand roadmaps and provide feedback through feature requests and bug reports. Automate tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting. Maintain structured documentation and ensure operational processes are well-documented. Contribute to Agile project methodologies and actively participate in sprints and standups. Support and maintain thin client devices (preferred). Participate in testing activities using standard tools and methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in Windows Desktop Engineering. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, or Omnissa Workspace ONE. Expertise in SCCM and basic familiarity with SCCM OSD. Strong knowledge of end-user computing hardware and software. Advanced troubleshooting skills on the Windows platform. Experience working directly with vendors for product support and roadmap alignment. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation development. Ability to produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation. Understanding of Agile project methodologies. Experience with thin clients is preferred. Familiarity with standard testing tools and processes is a plus. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
