Support data acquisition and preprocessing strategies in alignment with medical data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM). Drive innovation by leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure-native AI tools. Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all AI implementations meet industry standards. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on AI capabilities and best practices. Position Qualifications Minimum education and experience:  Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. Prior work experience or internships in data science, data analysis, or a related area is a plus. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with at least 2 years in the healthcare or MedTech sector. Expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning and Cognitive Services. Familiarity with medical data privacy and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Proficiency in Python, R, and Azure SDKs with hands-on experience in deploying production AI models. Understanding of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical and technical domains. Hands-on experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools. Experience with Azure AI Studio, including configuring resources, deploying models, and fine-tuning. Proactive approach to learning and applying new techniques and tools in real-world projects.
