As a board-certified General Pathologist with an active Rhode Island medical license, you will have the opportunity to join Diagnexia's growing digital pathology network. This fully remote position involves utilizing a state-of-the-art digital pathology platform to support clinical diagnostics and/or clinical trial research. You will be provided with all necessary hardware and software for remote sign-out, along with training and onboarding support. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting and diagnosing general surgical digital pathology cases using whole slide images (WSI), maintaining high diagnostic accuracy and turnaround time standards in a remote workflow, documenting findings and completing electronic case sign-out using digital platforms, and participating in quality assurance reviews and peer consultations as needed. To qualify for this position, you must hold an MD or DO degree with board certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP), possess an unrestricted Rhode Island medical license, demonstrate strong diagnostic acumen in general surgical pathology, and exhibit excellent attention to detail, written communication, and self-discipline in a remote environment. Diagnexia offers a fully remote setup with no travel or relocation required, inclusive of all necessary equipment such as a laptop, monitors, and SpaceMouse. You will receive comprehensive training on digital pathology tools and workflows, with flexible case volumes to accommodate your schedule.
