Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai Department: Branch Manager / Sales Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4 - 9yrs Industry: Electrical / Industrial Products / B2B Distribution Interview Rounds: R1 (Virtual)- R2 (F2F) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days (including serving NP) preferred Roles & Responsibilities: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, Customer Satisfaction and business goals Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales, operations, and support staff to maximize individual as well as organization performance Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers including electrical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, EPCs, and industrial clients. Address client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical product support where necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable legal and industry regulations. Analyze local market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Plan and implement local marketing initiatives, product promotions, and client engagement programs. Prepare and present regular reports on branch sales, performance metrics, and operational efficiency to senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 4- 9years of experience in B2B sales within the electrical or industrial products sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership or branch management role. Strong understanding of electrical products (e.g., cables, switchgear, relays, automation, lighting, etc.). Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Solid analytical, financial, and operational acumen.
