Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Build, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners across South, South Central, and Central Mumbai, with a focus on structured and unstructured business communities. Train and align channel partners using customized Dhuleva sales kits, one-on-one briefings, and walk-throughs at the sea-facing lounge. Maintain an exclusive and trusted partner network catering to ultra-HNI buyers with a strong understanding of legacy market expectations. Leverage connections within Gujarati and Marwadi business families, especially in gems, jewellery, metals, and paper industries. Actively engage key influencers and connectors in areas like Zaveri Bazaar, Kalbadevi, Bhuleshwar, Charni Road, Lower Parel, Parel, and Kalachowkie. Map influential families and advisors involved in high-ticket property decisions. Generate verified HNI walk-ins through society activations, private previews, and channel partner referrals. Act as a sourcing concierge, ensuring every customer interaction aligns with Dhuleva’s premium brand experience. Track partner performance, lead quality, and feedback to refine the sourcing strategy. Stay informed on competitor movements, market pricing, and evolving buying behaviors among HNI customers.
