You are seeking a talented Java Developer with over 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills in Java and related technologies, demonstrating a solid understanding of both frontend and backend components. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, working with Hibernate for ORM and database interactions, collaborating on UI development using DHTMLX and basic front-end technologies, writing and maintaining EJB beans, integrating services using AJAX and JavaScript, performing database operations with PostgreSQL and Oracle, ensuring clean, maintainable, and scalable code, and actively participating in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies. To excel in this role, you should have a strong command of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, experience with DHTMLX UI components, knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, and familiarity with EJB, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS. Soft skills such as being proactive, self-driven, highly responsible and accountable, possessing strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and team collaboration skills will be beneficial.
