Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Responsibility Officer to join our International Voice Process team . In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist international clients with tax-related queries, and provide accurate solutions. You will also be responsible for clarifying client doubts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards in communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound international voice calls. Clarify clients tax-related doubts in a professional and clear manner. Maintain accurate client records and update system databases. Ensure compliance with company standards and client confidentiality. Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client trust. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written). Prior BPO/KPO/voice process experience preferred, but freshers with strong English skills may also apply. Ability to handle clients professionally and with patience. Basic knowledge of finance/taxation is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided). Comfortable working in the US Night Shift .
