Roles & Responsibilities Engage with leads received via social media ads (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp/Google) and explain the product offerings and trial offers. Convert leads into customers by effectively communicating the value proposition. Maintain a daily follow-up tracker and manage your customer pipeline proactively. Help new users understand our subscription model, app usage, and product benefits. Ensure high-quality service and resolve any customer queries politely and promptly. Update CRM systems with accurate lead and conversion details. Work closely with team leaders to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Freshers with strong communication willing to develop their career in Business Development. Fluent in Hindi & English , with a friendly and persuasive phone manner. Punjabi would be an added advantage. Comfortable using basic Excel and CRM tools. Should have a customer-first approach with excellent listening and follow-up skills. Willing to work 6 days a week. Candidates based in Gurgaon & Delhi NCR preferred.
