Job Title: Audit Firm Accountant Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 23 years Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA Key Responsibilities Audit & Assurance Assist in conducting statutory audits , tax audits , and internal audits Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and client reports Support audit planning, execution, and finalization under supervision Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Accounting & Taxation Maintain books of accounts and perform reconciliations Prepare and file GST , TDS , and Income Tax returns Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements Coordinate with clients for data collection and clarification Compliance & Reporting Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and reports Support in preparation of audit schedules and MIS reports Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards Required Skills Skill Area Specific Skills Accounting Tally, Excel, Finalization of Accounts Audit Statutory, Tax, Internal Audit Procedures Taxation GST, TDS, Income Tax Filing Soft Skills Communication, Time Management, Client Coordination Candidate Profile 2–3 years of experience in an audit/accounting role, preferably in a CA firm Strong understanding of Indian accounting and taxation laws Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements Good interpersonal and analytical skills
