Communicate status updates for incidents to internal teams, clients, and management. Ensure tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved within defined SLAs. Prepare standard daily, weekly, and monthly operations and availability reports. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth handoffs and coverage across shifts. Position Requirements: Education : An associate degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field. OR- 2 or more years of professional experience in an equivalent position. Technical Skills : Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.
