Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Operation Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Meraki firewall administration. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Meraki firewall systems to ensure the security and reliability of our network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki MX firewalls and associated security appliances. Monitor network activity and ensure firewall policies comply with organizational security policies. Manage and troubleshoot Meraki security tools including threat protection, content filtering, VPNs, and site-to-site connectivity. Analyze firewall logs and alerts, investigate anomalies, and resolve incidents promptly. Coordinate firewall rule changes and perform periodic firewall audits. Work with cross-functional teams to support secure deployment of network infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and incident resolutions. Participate in on-call support rotation and respond to critical network/security events. Required Skills And Qualifications 4+ years of experience working with Cisco Meraki firewalls and network devices. Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Meraki MX firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and Layer 7 traffic shaping.
