Key Responsibilities Workshop Coordination: Support daily workshop operations, ensure accurate execution of designs, resolve on-ground issues, and maintain clear communication with the team. Shop Drawings: Create accurate, production-ready shop drawings based on references and design intent. Outsourcing & Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors/fabricators for outsourced components, manage specs, and track timelines for timely delivery. Procurement & Inventory: Handle material purchases as per project needs, and maintain inventory records and stock levels. Deliveries & Dispatches: Plan and manage site deliveries, ensuring proper packing, documentation, and logistics. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks during production, flag issues early to relevant team members. Progress Reporting: Update internal teams on production status, timelines, and any delays or concerns.
