Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design High-Impact Visual Assets for various marketing and brand needs, including: Social media posts and ad creatives Website banners and landing pages Product packaging, labels, and in-store displays Brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials Email campaigns and presentation decks Create Motion Graphics & Animations for digital campaigns and social media (preferred but not mandatory). Ensure Brand Consistency across all visual communications by adhering to established design systems and aesthetics rooted in wellness and Ayurvedic values. Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Product Teams to develop visuals that support business goals and enhance user engagement. UI/UX Design Design User Interfaces for web pages, landing pages, and digital platforms that are both visually appealing and user-friendly. Develop Wireframes, Prototypes, and User Flows to support intuitive user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. Conduct Basic User Research & Testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions based on real user behavior. Collaborate with Developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs and maintain a consistent look and feel. Contribute to Design Systems to support scalable, consistent design across all digital products.
