Visvasa, a logistics company under the leadership of Dhanvi ventures, a real estate is seeking a motivated Market Research executive to support our market research efforts focused on warehouse development across the Coimbatore region. The role will involve: · Collecting data on warehouse facilities, rental trends, occupancy, and developer activity · Mapping industrial clusters, logistics corridors, and infrastructure in and around Coimbatore · Souring hot leads on warehouse opportunities in and around Coimbatore Ideal Candidate Profile: · To conduct local field visits to capture warehousing market data (Travel reimbursement will be provided) · Students or recent graduates in business administration, economics, logistics, real estate, or related fields · Strong research and analytical skills · Interest in warehousing, industrial real estate, and market intelligence · Has a two-wheeler, willing to travel within Coimbatore. Familiarity with Coimbatore’s geography is an added advantage Location: Coimbatore Salary: Rs. 8000per month and Rs. 2000 per month incentive
