Job Description

You will be responsible for managing documentation for borrowings exceeding Rs. 1000 Crore, with a preference for Foreign Currency (FC) borrowing exposure. Your role will involve maintaining strong relationships with 5 or more banks. Additionally, you should possess expertise in handling export-import transactions, including services, and a thorough understanding of compliances related to RBI & FEMA. You must have hands-on experience in ODI transactions and their compliances, as well as in forex transactions booking and hedging, including documentation requirements for regulatory compliances. Moreover, you should be familiar with managing credit ratings and preparing Management MIS for efficient decision-making.,
