As a Treasury Operations Specialist at Nayara Energy, you will be responsible for effectively hedging significant foreign exchange and derivative flows on a daily basis to minimize risks in volatile market conditions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing dynamic markets using technical and fundamental tools to form views on potential currency movements - Assisting in the decision-making process for hedging forex flows - Capturing daily transactions in the front office system and monitoring Daily Outstanding Positions - Communicating relevant information to counterparties - Performing miscellaneous treasury operations such as preparing Utilization Letters and coordinating with bank branch officials. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills and knowledge: - Educational Qualifications & Certifications: MBA in Finance - 10-12 years of relevant experience in Treasury/Global Markets with Indian Public Sector Banks and Leading Indian Corporates - Sound knowledge of Foreign Exchange markets, Equities, and other asset classes - Pursuing FRM Level 2 certification - Strong communication skills in volatile markets - Behavioral skills including integrity, ability to take on greater responsibilities, maturity, and teamwork under stress.
