DGM - BMS Hardware Design

As the Principle point of contact on assigned projects, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading customer meetings & workshops to ensure the required outputs are achieved - Preparing defined BMS/ENMS design deliverables for RIBA Stage 3, 4 & 5, such as Network Architectures, Points Schedules, Sequence of Operations, etc - Collating all design information and resolving queries to allow timely completion of design, including necessary submittals & approval from the customer's representative - Identifying scope changes and providing necessary information to support claims for time/cost impact - Actively coordinating with internal teams to ensure the efficient production of Software & Graphics - Ensuring a high degree of collaboration with the project team to meet overall project timelines - Contributing to the continuous development & improvement of customer engineering standards - Providing regular status reporting of all design deliverables to highlight progress both internally & externally - Undertaking peer reviews of other team members" deliverables - Acting as the customers" trusted advisor in all aspects of BMS/ENMS design & technical solutions - Organizing task assignment to remote engineering support & production teams to ensure deliverable milestones are achieved - Providing support to the wider Global Engineering Centre of Excellence team to ensure absences are covered & commitments are met Qualifications & Experience required for this role: - Ideally qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering discipline; candidates with diploma level qualifications & demonstrable experience in a BMS/HVAC Design role are also welcome - Minimum 5 years of BMS design engineering experience, delivering greenfield projects in Data Centre or similar mission-critical segments - Extensive technical knowledge of integrating 3rd party systems into the EcoStruxure range to deliver necessary functionality required for high-tech environments About the Company: Schneider Electric is committed to creating a great culture that supports business success through its IMPACT values - Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork.
