Role & responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Drone Pilots across operational areas. Plan, allocate, and monitor daily/weekly flying schedules. Ensure compliance with DGCA and company drone operation guidelines. Supervise drone operations for mapping, and data collection. Train and guide pilots on technical skills, safety measures, and SOPs. Coordinate with agriculture/operations teams for field deployment. Review mission outputs (images, videos, data) and ensure quality. Troubleshoot operational and technical issues during field missions. Maintain logs of drone flights, battery usage, and maintenance schedules. Ensure periodic maintenance and readiness of all drone equipment. Prepare reports and present updates to management on drone activities. Key Skills Required Strong leadership and team-handling skills. Expertise in drone flying, mapping and data collection. Good knowledge of DGCA rules and drone operation regulations. Ability to analyse aerial data and coordinate with software teams. Problem-solving and decision-making ability under field conditions. Good communication skills for coordination with multiple teams. Willingness to travel to different locations as per project needs.
