Role & responsibilities 1. Tender Management: Oversee the tendering process for ground handling services at the airport. 2. Budgeting: Manage budgets and costs associated with ground handling services. 3. Regulatory Approvals: Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain various approvals for: - Aircraft - NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) - FTO (Flight Training Organization) - General Aviation 4. DGCA Liaison: Coordinate with DGCA for the induction of new aircraft, including: - Bell 407 and Bell 505 helicopters - CJ1 and B200 fixed-wing aircraft 5. Security Clearance: Coordinate with MOCA for security clearance of the company's Board of Directors through e-Sahaj, building on the security clearance granted earlier by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). 6. NSOP Permits: Obtain NSOP permits, including interaction with MOCA and DGCA. 7. Permission Coordination: Coordinate permissions from various agencies, including: - State Government Aviation - Airport/Helipad Operators - District authorities - Police
