Job Summary: The Technical Executive Facility Management is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of all technical systems and infrastructure within the facility. This includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building management systems (BMS), ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily operations and maintenance of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for technical support and AMC services. Monitor BMS (Building Management System), HVAC, DG sets, UPS, lifts, and other critical equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies, ensuring minimum downtime. Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance, calibration, permits, and audits. Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and environmental standards. Support energy audits and implement cost-saving initiatives. The required qualification is BE/B.Tech EEE with Computer Skills and Soft service knowledge.
