Primary Role • Knowledge of Machine Maintenance like press machine, VMC and HMC, VTL, HBM. 1. Able to attend to all electrical-related works, cable routing, and machine commissioning. 2. Should be able to handle the breakdowns with the team and individually. 3. Should have 11 kVA or 33 kVA electrical lenience. 4. Liaison with TSPDCL. 5. Awareness of motors, PLC, HMI, ladder drawings, electrical circuits and related works. 6. Awareness of EMS, QMS, and OSHAS Documentation. 7. Awareness on 5S Implementation and Guidance to Supervisor and below. 8. Able to complete the preventive maintenance according to the schedule. 9. Awareness of Safety Precautions while working on electrical works. 10. Should follow up on the logbook records, like DG set diesel consumption, electrical records, daily work details, and spare usage. 11. Knowledge in mechanical-related breakdowns. 12. Should have leadership qualities to lead the team and manage the works. 13. Should have analysis skills to break down the root cause. 14. Should be aware of the criticalness of machinery. 15. Awareness of electrical power distribution-related equipment like DG, transformers, and breakers. 16. Knowledge in identification of cable sizes and electrical spares. 17. Should have to share the knowledge of work with technicians and below workers. 18. Should be implementing Kaizen and horizontal deployment.

Responsible for electrical design engineering building services design and cross check the results using hand calculations with experience in an Building Services ( Airports project, Residential , commercial) consultancy and software like AUTO CAD. Ensure completion of all schedules and capturing of abnormalities through Schedule monitoring during their watch. Suggesting on Purchase of electrical material as required to Executive technical Maintaining correct tool procedure Responsibilities Read the log book. Check the HSD tank level note down in the log book. Check the LTPCC feeders. And DGs Auto/manual positions Check the all relay position tap changer position. Check up the DG set water level, oil level and check up the specific gravity of battery (weekly once). Battery condition to be monitored. Check up the Transformer oil level (Oil temp, Winding temp, silica gel color) Record the readings twice in shift. Run D.G. on idle run daily once. Check up the capacitor bank always to maintain the unity. Note down the P.F readings in the log book. In 2nd shift at 6pm switch on the utility lights, Chiller plant, out side street lights and total plant lighting operation trouble shooting. Carry out the PM schedules /break downs works rectification on that day programs. Ensure that log sheets are up dated in the same time.

Contact Timing Checking. 9. Conducting annual preventive maintenance of AVR/Transformer unit including dehydration test. 10. Routine Tests shall be carried out on each unit as per IS: 2026. These tests shall consist of following- (a) Physical Examination (b) Insulation Resistance (c) High Voltage Tests (d) No-Load Current (e) No-Load Losses (f) Load Losses Efficiency (g) Induced Voltage Test (h) Output Voltage Test (i) Provision for earthing (j) Winding Resistance (k) Ratio Polarity test (l) Dielectric strength of oil.
