Familiarity with RTL-to-GDS flow, synthesis, scan insertion, STA, and IR drop tasks is a plus. A good grasp of logic design, RTL implementation, verification, logic synthesis, Logic Equivalent Checking, and Static Timing Analysis is advantageous.
