The candidate will be responsible for validating the design, performance, safety, reliability, and life cycle testing of inverter-based applications such as domestic inverters, UPS, power backup solutions, grid-tied and hybrid inverters with a particular focus on power electronics and control circuits. Job Description: 1. Develop and execute validation plans (DVP&R) for inverters, UPS, and solar products. 2. Test performance under varying electrical, loading, thermal, and target application conditions. 3. Validate solar and battery charging algorithms, start/stop and change over behaviour, fault protections, and performance under different operating modes. 4. Validate power and control PCBs for electrical and thermal performance, EMI/EMC, and firmware behaviour. 5. Conduct simulations for different fault injection to verify robustness of control logic. 6. Design and conduct accelerated life testing to assess durability, wear, and power/control circuit endurance. 7.
