Hands-on project experience through college clubs, DIY work, or internships is desirable. Proficiency in CAD tools, especially Fusion 360, along with an understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing basics is required. Familiarity with 3D printing, DFM principles, and the ability to use Google Sheets / MS Office for documentation is important. Any exposure to electronics, coding, or other interdisciplinary domains will be a bonus, provided you have a keen eye for detail and a growth-oriented mindset.,
