Responsibilities: Oversee production, HC resource arrangement, and optimization to ensure smooth workflow in assembly operations. Manage workshop design and construction schedule to ensure layout designs are validated as per project requirements. Monitor validation progress , follow up on validation issues, and ensure on-time delivery of validation results. Deliver daily production progress reports , address production issues, and provide practical solutions. Act as a bridge between the factory and the customer , delivering precise and timely feedback during engineering builds. Understand and implement FATP (Final Assembly, Testing & Packing) processes in coordination with the internal NPI team. Focus on yield improvement , DFM (Design for Manufacturing) , UPH (Units per Hour) , and other process improvement activities . Handle inventory management to ensure timely availability and proper stock control of components. Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong analytical and coordination skills. Exposure to FATP, DFM, UPH metrics, and engineering builds. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
