For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in relevant area Min 3. years’ Experience in butterfly valve design preferably in double offset high performance butterfly valves Proven experience of new product designs, development, hands on experience with design verification tools such as 6σ, GD&T, DFMEA, QFD, DFM/A and engineering calculations. Working knowledge of international standards, such as ASME, API, EN, ISO, BS valve standards. ISO 9000 quality procedure. Hands on experience with design standards like EN 12516, ASME standards, API 609, AWWA etc. Excellent working experience in CAD software, such as Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo. Extensive working experience in Enovia. Knowledge of Product certifications Good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials used in valve industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess problems or issues on the shop floor. Familiar with measuring equipment (tactile or scan) to perform tests in Valves and actuator, tests also can be done on the shop floor. Strong mechanical engineering design fundamentals (static mechanics). Tech Savvy & Cultivates innovation. English fluent (written and verbal).
