Minimum of 4-8 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
