Job Title : Business Development Manager Department: Sales & BD Reporting to: Sales Head Location : Banglore Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen relationships and generate business through architects, interior designers, consultants, and specifiers. The role involves regular field visits, project tracking, and converting leads into business opportunities. Responsibilities: · Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and design studios. · Regularly meet and present product offerings, specifications, samples, and solutions. · Track and follow up on upcoming residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. · Generate qualified leads and build a project pipeline through continuous engagement and networking. · Collaborate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction. · Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. · Provide feedback to the product and marketing team based on market trends and customer preferences. · Maintain updated records of meetings, project status, and sales funnel using CRM tools. · Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong networking and relationship-building ability Knowledge of interior design and architectural product specifications Self-motivated and target-driven Familiarity with CRM tools and project tracking Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
