Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, for south india (TN, KA,TS,AP,KL) with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in south india market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating sales strategies, attending client meetings, and collaborating with the marketing team. The Sales Manager will also be expected to meet sales targets, provide regular sales reports, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including business development and account management with experience of 3-8 years in Automation & Robotics ( AGV-AMR ) Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical knowledge of automation and robotics solutions is a plus & able to use Auto CAD and design software.
