Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Architect with a background in Telecom and Digital Transformation to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, scalable DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate will define automation strategies, integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, and enable continuous improvement in system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Define, develop, and design DevSecOps metrics, policies, processes, and procedures. Provide expert consultancy on DevOps tool evaluation, selection, and adoption. Establish and implement standards for build, deployment, and monitoring. Develop and document CI/CD strategies, including infrastructure as code (IaC) management. Analyze and evaluate security threats, vulnerabilities, impacts, and associated risks. Design and integrate automated security checks and tools into the CI/CD pipelines. Define monitoring and support practices for all deployed systems and DevOps infrastructure. Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain automated CI/CD systems. Deliver end-to-end automation for deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure in cloud/on-prem environments. Develop custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual interventions. Identify system bottlenecks, recommend and implement solutions. Engage with clients and internal IT teams for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
