Role Overview: You will be a Sr. Cloud Solution Architect at Americana Restaurants International PLC's Center of Excellence in Mohali, India. Your primary responsibility will be to architect, implement, and lead high-performing Azure cloud and DevOps practices for large-scale eCommerce projects. This role will involve ensuring the infrastructure is secure, scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance, while also mentoring a high-performing DevOps team and driving governance, automation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and management of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations. - Oversee large-scale eCommerce projects with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. - Provide hands-on expertise in Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai. - Drive governance, security compliance, and policy enforcement for cloud and DevOps environments. - Manage and mentor a larger DevOps team to ensure delivery excellence. - Oversee release management processes, including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and deployment strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural solutions aligned with business needs. Qualification Required: - Azure Certified Solutions Architect credentials and expertise in Azure cloud technologies. - Proven experience in leading DevOps teams and delivering large-scale, high-availability eCommerce solutions. - Proficiency with Kubernetes, Kafka, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Akamai, and in-memory database solutions. - Strong knowledge of security principles, governance, and compliance in cloud environments. - Hands-on skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates), CI/CD tools, and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
