DevOps Engineer ServiceNow Location: Remote Experience Level: Senior (5+ Years) Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – ServiceNow who will be responsible for enabling automation, continuous integration, and seamless deployment within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role demands strong technical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, and API integrations, as well as a working understanding of platform performance optimization and security basics. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications • Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible • Manage ServiceNow instances: performance tuning, system upgrades, and configuration • Integrate ServiceNow APIs with external tools for end-to-end automation • Handle cloud infrastructure optimization, scaling, and security configurations Technical Skills Required: ServiceNow Scripting & Configuration: • JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies CI/CD Tools: • Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps (any) Cloud Platforms (Hands-on with any one): • AWS, Azure, or GCP Infrastructure as Code (IaC): • Terraform • Ansible • CloudFormation Containers & Orchestration (Preferred but not mandatory): • Docker • Kubernetes • Helm API Integrations: • REST • SOAP Monitoring Tools (Any exposure is beneficial): • Splunk • ELK Stack • Prometheus Security & Networking Basics: • VPN • Firewalls • Access Control Soft Skills: • Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities • Clear and effective communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile environments • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
