Job Description

Location: Bengaluru
CBR 110K Experience Level: 3-7 years
Department: IT Infrastructure / Cloud DevOps
Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain Azure resources including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Application Gateways, Private Endpoints, DNS, and identity services.

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps to support automated build, test, and deployment processes.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform (primary), PowerShell, ARM templates, and Bicep.

Monitor performance issues, availability of Azure services using native tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Manage and update Azure firewall rules, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and troubleshoot related networking and firewall issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and application performance issues across development and production environments.

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, governance standards, and cloud best practices.

Provide Business-As-Usual (BAU) support to maintain operational stability and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Min 57 years of hands-on experience inDevOps practicesandAzure cloud administration.

Strong understanding of Azure services includingVirtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Virtual Networks, Application Gateways, Private Endpoints, DNS andidentity services.

Experience in managingAzure firewall rules,NSGs, and troubleshooting relatednetworking and firewall issues.

Solid experience in designing and managingCI/CD pipelinesusingGitHub ActionsorAzure DevOps.

Proficiency in scripting languages such asTerraform,PowerShell,Bash, orPythonfor automation and troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of networking concepts includingTCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, andload balancers.

Experience in providingBusiness-As-Usual (BAU) support, ensuring operational stability and incident resolution.

Work Environment:

Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts for 24/7 support.

Flexible to work in weekend for On-call support for any issues, DR Drills, Patching & P1/P2 issues etc.,Mandatory
