Jira 9.12 & Confluence 8.5 Data Centre Administration
AWS
Linux Administration
Scripting (Shell, Python & Groovy)

Must Have :

Strong expertise in administering Jira & Confluence Data Centre hosted on AWS.
Proficiency in Linux system administration.
Strong working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, ALB, Route 53, etc.).
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, permissions and automation (Scriptrunner, Automation for Jira).
Experience in managing Atlassian Marketplace apps (Xray, Structure, Comala Document Management, Draw.io, etc.).
Strong knowledge of authentication mechanisms (SSO, LDAP, SAML, OAuth).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and infrastructure as code (GitHub).
Familiarity with PostgreSQL database.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong Communication and documentation skills.

Good to have:-

Experience in migrating Atlassian applications from Data Centre to cloud.
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm and containerized deployments.
Experience in integrating Jira & Confluence with third-party tools (e.g. ServiceNow, GitHub, etc.).
Experience in backup and disaster recovery strategies for Atlassian applications.
Experience in monitoring and logging using AWS CloudWatch, ELK, etc.
Knowledge of Datadog monitoring tool.
Knowledge of security best practices for Atlassian applications.
Familiarity with ITSM practices and frameworks like ITIL.

Mandatory Skills: Jira Ops.Experience: 3-5 Years.
