Job Description

Inventia Technology Consultants Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Containerization and deployment using Docker
Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes (multi-node, HA)
Source code management using SVN and GitLab
Define and enforce branching strategies and tagging/versioning mechanisms
Automate deployments across Dev, QC, UAT, and Production
Support production releases and hotfix deployments
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
Manage cloud & on-prem environments and optimize resource usage
Ensure security, compliance, and DevOps best practices in deployment pipelines
Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack
Collaborate with development and IT teams to streamline build, release, and operations
Stay updated with latest DevOps tools, trends, and methodologies

Requirements & Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Proficiency in on-prem & Azure cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, YAML, etc.).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Understanding of security best practices in DevOps (SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Vault).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
