DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Docker to join our team. Your role will involve managing and optimizing infrastructure across LAMP, MERN, and JAM stacks on AWS to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Collaboration with development teams to optimize environments and work on CI/CD pipelines is also a key aspect of this role. A degree in Computer Science is required to establish a strong foundation in infrastructure and cloud management. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining infrastructure for LAMP, MERN, and JAM stack applications to ensure performance and scalability. - Expertise in managing Docker containers for efficient application deployment and environment consistency. - Overseeing and optimizing cloud environments on AWS, including EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and other AWS services. - Implementing security best practices across the infrastructure for system integrity and data protection. - Leading CI/CD pipeline management and automation processes for smooth deployments. - Collaborating with development teams to build and maintain a robust QA and deployment pipeline. - Conducting performance monitoring and optimization of applications and infrastructure. - Implementing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility by testing across multiple platforms and devices. - Understanding the architecture of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and ensuring proper infrastructure management. - Maintaining detailed release documentation and close collaboration with development and QA teams. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - 5 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure role. - Proven experience managing Docker containers in production environments. - Experience managing LAMP stack environments. - Expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure management. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD. - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. - Familiarity with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Experience with security testing and enforcing best practices. - Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools. - Experience with version control tools like Git. Nice-to-Have: - Experience with serverless architectures using tools like AWS Lambda. - Familiarity with cloud cost optimization techniques. - Experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., GCP, Azure).
