DevOps Engineer (AWS Solution Architect)

As a DevOps Engineer (AWS Solution Architect) at BerryBytes, you will play a crucial role in managing infrastructure and deployments across Multi-cloud environments. Reporting to the Director of Cloud Infrastructure, you will be responsible for various DevOps, SysOps, and MLOps tasks. Your duties will include planning, building tools for system configuration and provisioning, and ensuring the maintenance of infrastructure SLAs. Responsibilities: - Conduct technical maintenance of configuration management tools and release engineering practices to ensure proper documentation and compliance with standard configurations. - Design, develop, automate, and maintain tools with an automate-first mindset to enhance the quality and repeatability of software and infrastructure configuration development and deployment. - Train software developers and system administrators on pipeline tools and quality standards implementation. - Oversee integration work, provide automated solutions to support multiple products, and offer technical leadership by leading code reviews and mentoring other developers. - Build scalable systems and plan deployments effectively. Requirements: - Proficiency in AWS and GCP. - Hands-on experience in Kubernetes (minimum of 2 years). - At least 3 years of experience with Unix-based systems. - Working knowledge of Ansible or other Configuration Management tools. - Experience with scripting tools like Python, Ruby, and Bash. - Familiarity with Jenkins or Cloud Native CI/CD. - Strong scripting and automation skills. - Sound understanding of web applications. - Experience in Windows and Linux Automations using Ansible or similar tools. - Hands-on expertise in Terraform and CloudFormation.
