Job Title: Sales Executive Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday Off) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with daily leads over phone calls and WhatsApp, preparing quotations, handling GST calculations, and maintaining accurate sales records. Strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. Key Responsibilities: Daily follow-up on sales leads via phone and WhatsApp. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Prepare quotations and invoices, and maintain records in MS Excel/Word. Perform GST calculations and ensure accuracy in billing. Update and manage customer databases using reference software/tools. Report daily activities and sales updates to the management. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word and familiarity with reference/sales software. Ability to prepare quotations and invoices and perform GST calculations. Excellent communication skills with fluent English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.
