The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), should be fluent in English & corresponding. Location Dapoli, Maharashtra ( Local candidate will be preferred ) Experience: 10 + years Qualification Diploma / B-tech in Civil Engineering. Job Description 1. Lead and manage coordination and execution of residential, Infrastructure and commercial construction projects. 2. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met and projects are completed on time. 3. Coordinate with Client, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure the effective execution of the project. 4. Oversee and manage the execution of RCC work and ensure compliance with structural design specifications. 5. Supervise all finishing work, including external and internal finishes, ensuring high-quality standards. 6. Ensure that interior works are carried out as per design specifications, with attention to aesthetics and functionality. 7. Ensure the highest quality of construction, including strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations. 8. Maintain regular communication with Clients, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise. 9. Responsible for overseeing project Time, Cost, Quality, Coordination, Quantity, Safety, and Documentation to ensure smooth execution and successful delivery. 10. Candidate must have experience working with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in construction projects. Must have key skills Project planning, Infrastructure, Execution, Project Management, Timelines/Cost management, Client Management, Finishing, Interior.
