Device Quality & Reliability Sr. Engineer (CMOS)

As a key technical member of the Develop Design Quality Assurance (DDQA) NAND team at Micron Technology, your role will involve collaborating with technology development, design, and test engineering teams to predict and solve product failure modes. Your responsibilities will include implementing technical risk assessment and NUDD analysis, developing test methodologies to evaluate reliability behavior, and collaborating with various teams to build reliability models and provide mitigation strategies. You will need a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, NAND memory, and semiconductor process technology. To excel in this role, you should have 3 to 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a research institute, along with expertise in semiconductor device parametric measurement and operating semiconductor lab instrumentation for electrical characterization. A background in Advanced CMOS Device Engineering and NAND integration will be advantageous. Additionally, you should hold an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
