As a Customer Quality Representative, core responsibility is to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. This involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing incidents & complaints promptly and efficiently, and ensuring customers are informed about our actions & improvements. Main Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective & sustainable actions Maintain good records & communications with customer. Visit frequently to our all customer. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. Continuously enhance customer service with skills and knowledge & capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Candidates with experience in gear manufacturing industry, forging and machining components and looking for long term association will be preferred.
