Role : - Support & DevOps Engineer Years : 3- 4 years Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Monitor and troubleshoot MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and flows Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and optimize performance Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards Participate in incident response and root cause analysis Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across development, staging, and production environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins & Gitlab Monitor and troubleshoot cluster performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth application deployments. Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes best practices. Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery for Kubernetes workloads. Maintain and improve observability using Mpulse Stay up to date with the latest Kubernetes and cloud-native ecosystem developments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Preferable experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform , including Runtime Manager , API Manager , and Exchange Strong understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , XML , and HTTP protocols Strong expertise in Kubernetes (on-prem or Cloud) Proficiency with Linux , Docker , and infrastructure-as-code tools.
