Developmental Pediatrician

• Conduct detailed developmental assessments for children with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and speech/language delays
• Evaluate children referred for concerns related to social interaction, behaviour, cognition, sensory integration, and emotional regulation
• Work closely with psychologists, therapists (speech, occupational, behavioural), special educators, neurologists, and psychiatrists to develop and oversee individualized intervention plans
• Provide guidance to parents/caregivers on developmental milestones, behavioral strategies, early intervention programs, and school-readiness skills
• Monitor developmental progress over time and adjust care plans as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Support awareness, screening, and training initiatives within the organization or community as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics from a recognized institution
• Fellowship or certified training in Developmental Pediatrics or Neurodevelopmental Disorders is desirable
• Valid medical registration with the relevant State or Central Medical Council
• 0–3 years of post-specialization experience (fresh fellows are encouraged to apply)
• Strong interest in neurodevelopmental and behavioural paediatrics
• Excellent communication, observation, and counselling skills
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting
