Responsible for the overall Engineering & Development department, driving the technology, process implementation and new product development. Review of CAPEX, driving the operational excellence across production process Arriving technology roadmap for the Business in collaboration with the top management & CTC. Preparation of Capex budget for the financial year for all the units with estimations in line with the technology roadmap. Review and approve capex proposals raised for the costing, justification and returns Initiatives to Identify new product / application opportunities and regular review of the same. Decide and approve correct technology, supplier for new machines, systems and commission the machines. Ensure on time completion of projects such as technology transfer, developing plant layouts, factory design to meet business results. Ensuring Capability building for Deep Drawing Casing & High Tensile Roll Forming. Ensure technical support is provided for all the customers and guiding team members for solving the technical problems. Identify and implement key improvements for every division as per committed timelines to achieve Operational Excellence.
