To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar capacity, with a background in sales within a relevant industry. Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to assess and enhance performance metrics and build cohesive sales teams. Possessing certifications in training will be advantageous, along with a comprehensive understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices. The Vice President - CLM will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the North America Region.
