The Sales / Marketing Department at our company is looking to fill 2 positions based in Bajpe, Mangalore. We are seeking candidates with an MBA in Marketing and 0-5 years of experience. As part of this role, you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, pitching products and/or services, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve researching organizations and individuals online, especially on social media platforms, to discover new leads and potential markets. You will also research the needs of other companies, connect with potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport, and set up meetings. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, as well as attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. In terms of sales activities, you will be expected to prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays, contact clients to update them on product developments, give demonstrations of our products, develop quotes and proposals, and engage in negotiation processes through various communication channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for setting sales goals for the team, ensuring they are achieved, training personnel, and supporting team members in enhancing their skills.
