You will be joining an award-winning, multidisciplinary design practice, INI Design Studio, as a full-time Landscape Architect for the Gujarat region. Your responsibilities will include Designing, Stakeholder Consultation, Project Deliverables, Quality Assurance and Control, Coordination with other disciplines/consultants, and project management. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, oversee project timelines, and work with various professionals within the organization to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Master's/bachelor's degree in architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. Your expertise should encompass Landscape architectural/urban design, project management, conceptual and technical drawings, site analysis, planting design, grading, irrigation layout, and project documentation. Candidates with a background in contributing to mixed-use developments, commercial and Institutional projects, design development, and construction documents for public parks and urban plazas will be preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS, horticultural knowledge, and excellent communication skills are necessary for this position. Moreover, you should be adept at integrating ecological design elements like rain gardens and bioswales into site plans, developing sustainable planting strategies aligned with LEED standards, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your willingness to travel to project locations for meetings and your experience in leading a team of designers will be valuable assets in this role at INI Design Studio.,
