Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Associate in the Data Science - Conversational AI domain, you will be utilizing advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will focus on developing solutions for Risk Consulting, Management Consulting, Technology Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Forensics, and vertical-specific solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to provide high-end analytics consulting services and business recommendations to project teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for client interaction, leading client conversations, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute project & analysis plans under the guidance of the project manager. - Translate business needs into data science solutions and actionable insights. - Interact with clients to understand and solve business problems effectively. - Drive and conduct analysis using advanced analytics tools and mentor junior team members. - Write and deploy production-ready code for the projects. - Create compelling storylines and presentations for both the client team and PwC project leadership. - Contribute to knowledge-sharing and firm-building activities. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, or Information Sciences. - Familiarity with Conversational AI domain, conversational design & implementation, customer experience metrics, and industry-specific challenges. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize conversational AI systems. - Expertise in NLP/NLG techniques, cloud platforms, Python or PySpark, visualization tools, and Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies.
