Role Overview: At PwC, as a Senior Associate in the Data Science - Conversational AI domain, you will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will be part of the Digital Contact Solutions team within the Analytics Consulting practice, working on high-end analytics consulting engagements and providing business recommendations to project teams. Your role will involve developing proposals, translating business needs into data science solutions, interacting with clients, conducting analysis using advanced analytics tools, and coaching junior team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing and deploying production-ready code, making presentations for client teams and PwC project leadership, and contributing to knowledge and firm-building activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute project & analysis plans under the guidance of the project manager. - Translate business needs into data science solutions and actionable insights. - Handle client interactions regarding business problems to be solved. - Drive and conduct analysis using advanced analytics tools and mentor junior team members. - Write and deploy production-ready code. - Create storylines and deliver presentations for client teams and/or PwC project leadership team. - Contribute to knowledge and firm-building activities. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, or Information Sciences. - Familiarity with Conversational AI domain, conversational design & implementation, customer experience metrics, and industry-specific challenges. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize conversational AI systems. - Expertise in NLP/NLG techniques such as parts of speech tagging, lemmatization, Word2vec, sentiment analysis, and text classification. - Experience building chatbots using bot frameworks like RASA/LUIS/DialogFlow/Lex, and building NLU model pipeline using feature extraction, entity extraction, intent classification, etc. - Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services for building Conversational AI solutions for clients. - Proficiency in Python or PySpark, R and JavaScript framework. - Knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, etc. - Experience with evaluating and improving conversational AI system performance through metrics and user feedback. - Excellent communication skills. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems. - Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in conversational AI technologies.
